Payment Issues

Q: I try to download the product, but I have received this message:
Awaiting Payment
A: Sometimes it takes a little longer time for PayPal to communicate with our shop. Your order is in "Awaiting Payment" status, but you should not worry because soon will be changed to "Completed" and you'll be able to download your product!
Q: Is there no way to purchase your products without having to use PayPal? 
A: For now the only payment method is PayPal.
Q: Can I pay with eCheck ?
A: Yes, but just like a regular check, it usually takes between 3 and 5 business days for an eCheck to clear and the money to appear in our PayPal account, so you will not be able to download and use the module until the eCheck is cleared.
Q: I purchased a module but did not receive the download link.
A: First of all please check your spam folder, also, you can login to our shop (http://shop.magicpoint.co/login.php) and download your products.
Q: I haven't received a single email after making the payment.
A: Our shop sends two emails after payment to the address you used to create your account, if you did not receive any email it may be because you used a wrong email address or your server may be blocking our emails. If that occurs, please contact our support team using a different email address with all the details you used to create the account.
Q: I have not received any email after making the payment.
A: This happens when you create an account on our shop with an invalid email address. After making the payment, our store tries to send an email to a nonexistent address!
How can I solve this problem?
1. If you know the email address with which you registered, you can login to our shop (http://shop.magicpoint.co/login.php) and download your products!
2. If you don't know the email address, please contact our support team (click here) and we will be glad to help you.
 

Various Module Questions

Q: You can add more images (news, rows, songs, ...) than is maximum?
A:  All our products contain a predefined and a maximum number of images (news, rows, songs, ...) which can be added for free, for no functioning problems and no difficulty for back-end. For more images (news, rows, songs, ...) than the maximum, is charged a fee of 0.9 - U.S. dollars/image (news, row, song, ...) and the customer's responsibility for possible arising functionality problems. 
Q: I am trying to copy the module to use on 2 or 3 different types of images  (news, rows, songs, ...). How I individually change settings for the module and not to automatic change settings for all?
A1: Not all our products supports multiple instances! If you need this feature, please before buying, check on product page the tab "Default Content", if appears this text: This module supports multiple instances!  
A2: Without multiple instances! You can use our product on unlimited sites, but only one instance on each site (if you use more product instances on the same site, all other copies of the product will be displayed same data). 
Q: Your products works on mobile devices?
A1: Products that appear in the left menu (Our Extensions) under RESPONSIVE, works on mobile devices!
A2: Products that appear in the left menu (Our Extensions) under FLASH, are flash based and doesn't work on mobile devices!
Q: How do you put a module inside an article?
A: To insert a module inside an article, use the { loadposition xx } command. For more details, please read here!
Q: How to install your module on my site?
A: Module it install like any other module! Go to in your site administrator panel. Next, go to Extensions and click on Install/Uninstall. In Install TAB, click on Browse and search for module in your computer. After that, click on Upload Files & Install. You will find the module in Extensions - Module Manager.
 

Module Installation Issues

Q: Cannot install module, got this error "Error! Could not find an XML setup file in the package"
 A: This means Joomla wasn't able to find the specific file in the zip that tells it how to install the module. Please check if you are installing the correct module version for your Joomla installation (e.g.: Amazing_event_calendar_j15.zip for Joomla 1.5 and Amazing_event_calendar_j16-j17-j25-j30.zip for Joomla 1.6, 1.7,2.5 and 3.0) 
Q: Cannot install module, got this error "JFolder::create: Could not create directory. Warning! Failed to move file."
A: This error is due to incorrect folder settings on your server. Its a Joomla, not a module error. To check you have the right permissions, Joomla has a built in tool: "Help > System Info > Directory Permissions" These all need to be green for Joomla to work properly. You can find more information about how to set up servers for Joomla here in the Joomla documentation.
 

Module Setup Issues

Q: I am junning Joomla with Artisteer template, and flash player is not working on any browser.
A: There is a common problem with Artisteer templates, because when you create one with Flash option enabled in the header, it loads a javacript file swfobject.js that interferes with the one used by our module, one solution is to import the template into Artisteer and export it with No Flash option (recomended) or you could open the /templates/your_template/index.php file on your server with a text editor, search for this line and comment/delete it: swf.switchOffAutoHideShow(); , save your file and refresh the page.
Q: I use Joomla with non-Artisteer template, and flash player is not working on any browser.
A: In this case there can be a lot of issues, first you have to contact our support team and they will inspect your webiste and see if it's loading the module, but there are a few steps you can do to be sure that the problem is not from your site. If you use Admin tools, please check if you have any kind of restricton angainst XML files to be created because sometimes it blocks the data.xml file needed for the flash to work propely and you have no output. Check if you have SEF URL's enabled, to do so please use this tutorial Joomla SEF , we reccomend that you use apache mod_rewrite if you wish to get rid of the /index.php/ value embedded in the URL, value that can sometimes srcamble the module.
